Kilty Pleasure

Denise (Denny) Davis and Ron Leaneagh perform as the duo Kilty Pleasure.  This spirited duo delivers a great mix of musical styles highlighted by rich vocal harmonies, accompanied expertly on a variety of instruments, including guitar, mandolin, banjo, guitar/ukelele, and on occasion, piano.

Denny and Ron met at the sing-arounds sponsored by the Two Way Street Coffee House, in Downers Grove, Illinois, and the Plank Road Folk Music Society.  They have delighted Chicago area audiences with their exciting performances for close to five years.

Kilty Pleasure plays an eclectic mix of songs, from beautiful Scottish ballads, traditional and modern folk, to obscure "pop" songs of the 1920s through the 1940s.
